Government of Georgia 28.01.2010 The N41 resolution has established the "safety rules for building-structures". According to the Rules of Procedure, expertise should be conducted for architectural projects of industrial, civil, housing, public and other buildings.
An architectural project that has not undergone expertise can not be used for the construction of an object and authorized services do not permit a permit to start construction.
The "Uni Group" will ensure the conformity of the building materials with the applicable documents and give the relevant conclusion. The Company shall be responsible for the quality and substantiation of the documents drawn up by him.
