The individual residential house is designed on the right embankment of the River Mtkvari in the natural green zone. The building consists of two parts and is combined by a plastic contour of roof. The construction includes a reception area, a sleeping area, an entertainment area and a recreation area. The house has a wine cellar, an attic and an outdoor swimming pool.
