The facility is located at the territory of primary processing plant of wine and is created as an industrial distillation zone of alcohol. Its height is 12 meters, and the area is 350 square meters, where production facilities and a two-level tourism-cognitive zone, oriented to the views of the Caucasus Mountains and to the outer station of tanks, are located.
