Within the framework of the project, the adaptation of Tadeoz Guramishvili historic wine cellar has been carried out, which implies placing a small winery, a wine storage, a wine shop and a refectory adjacent to the wine cellar. The total building area is 1500m2; the old and the new buildings are connected by an open communication corridor. The location of the historic wine cellar and a functional connection with modern buildings are provided in the concept of the ensemble. A landscaped courtyard is designed for ethnic entertainment next to the territory.
