The architectural project is designed for the arrangement of a hotel complex and a small winery. The presented project provides for a three-level building with a variety of functions and a total area of 3500m2. In particular: hotel rooms of different class, wine enterprise, closed and open refectory, ethnographic museum, library, open verandas and swimming pool. The architectural and spatial compositional solution of the building, and the decoration of the facades, was made in the Byzantine-Moorish style, with which the elements of Georgian classical architecture are combined.
